FIELD GUIDE / READ THE CURRENT

Survival is only
half the game.

Move with intent.
Hold and drag anywhere on the arena, or use WASD / arrows. The culture fires at the nearest enemy automatically.
Dash through danger.
Space or Dash gives a brief invulnerable burst in your last movement direction. Recharge takes 2.3 seconds before upgrades.
Harvest. Then bank.
Destroyed enemies leave fragments that expire after 12 seconds. Hold in the moving ring for 1.1 seconds to bank your harvest.
Build a chain.
Keep eliminating targets within 3.5 seconds. Every six kills raises your multiplier, up to ×5. A hit resets it and removes half your carried fragments.
Adapt every 30 seconds.
Choose Needle, Orbit, Capacitor, Aegis, Flux, or Pulse. Selecting the same ability at a later upgrade raises its level and compounds its effects. One selection per upgrade; five selections per run. Wardens arrive at 60 and 120 seconds; destroying one restores one integrity.
Extract at 03:00.
Banked fragments earn 25 points × your multiplier; leftovers earn only 10 each when the run ends. Kills earn 40 × multiplier; wardens earn 1,500 × multiplier.

Orbit intercepts projectiles with larger, stronger nodes each level. Aegis absorbs one contact or projectile hit and recharges faster each level. Flux compounds movement speed. Pulse clears nearby bullets when you dash, with a larger radius each level. Sweeping hazards still demand movement or a well-timed dash.
